1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration and Security

To use the real-money features of the Platform you must register for an account. By completing registration, you confirm the accuracy of all information provided and accept responsibility for maintaining the security of your account. The following rules apply to all registered accounts:

1. One account per person: Each player may hold only one active account. Opening duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances therein.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals and Payments

All financial transactions on the en333 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) with no hidden fees or currency conversion charges. The following rules govern all deposit and withdrawal activity:

1. Minimum deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. Deposits are accepted via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and City Bank. Available deposit methods may vary based on en333's operational requirements at any given time.
2. Withdrawal eligibility: Withdrawals are available only to fully verified accounts that have completed KYC requirements. Funds deposited via a specific payment method will ordinarily be returned via the same method where technically possible.
3. Withdrawal processing time: Verified account withdrawals are processed within five to fifteen minutes for bKash and Nagad transfers under normal operating conditions. Processing times for bank transfers may vary.
4. Withdrawal of bonus funds: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus.
5. Fraudulent transactions: Any deposit or withdrawal transaction that en333 reasonably suspects to be fraudulent or associated with money laundering will be refused or reversed. en333 reserves the right to report suspicious financial activity to relevant authorities.

5. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

en333 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

1. Wagering requirements: All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be completed before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier will be stated at the time the bonus is issued, typically between 15x and 35x the bonus amount.
2. One bonus per promotion: Each promotional offer may be claimed once per eligible player unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times using duplicate accounts is prohibited.
3. Bonus expiry: Bonuses not used or wagered within the period specified at the time of issue will expire and be removed from the account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

1. Fraud and collusion: Any form of fraud, cheating, chip dumping, collusion with other players, or use of tools to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform.
2. Bonus abuse: Exploiting bonus offers through systematic wagering strategies designed solely to extract value from bonus funds, including matched betting, arbitrage, and low-risk wagering solely to meet rollover requirements.
3. Money laundering: Use of the Platform to launder funds obtained from illegal activities, including depositing and withdrawing funds without genuine gaming activity.
4. Unauthorised software: Use of automated betting bots, screen-scraping tools, or any other software that interacts with the Platform in a manner not explicitly authorised by en333.
5. Abusive behaviour: Harassment, threatening language, hate speech, or any form of abusive conduct directed at en333 staff, other players, or third parties through Platform communication channels.

7. Account Suspension and Closure

en333 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion. The following circumstances may result in account action:

1. Breach of Terms: Any material breach of these Terms, including prohibited conduct as defined in Section 6, will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation. Where the breach is confirmed, the account may be permanently closed and balances forfeited.
2. Self-exclusion request: A player who requests self-exclusion through the Responsible Gaming tools will have their account suspended for the elected period. During self-exclusion, the player will not receive marketing communications and will not be able to log in or place bets.
3. Voluntary closure: A player wishing to close their account voluntarily may contact support. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned via the player's registered payment method after identity verification.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the en333 Platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, sound files, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive property of en333 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, display, publish, license, create derivative works from, transfer, or sell any content obtained from the Platform without the express prior written consent of en333. Unauthorised use of Platform content constitutes infringement of intellectual property rights and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, en333's liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform is limited as follows:
